Mr. Raju Sarkar

Mr. Raju Sarkar is a Chief Advisor of the Right Path Research and Training Center, bringing over 25 years of experience in transformative leadership and capacity development. His expertise spans personal and professional growth, human rights, conflict management, and strategic planning and Transformative System Thinking.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous national and international organizations, including Amnesty International, the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner, and other global and local institutions, where he has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering individuals and communities.

Mr. Sarkar is a Level III (advance level) Nonviolence Trainer certified by the Center for Nonviolence and Peace Studies at Rhode Island University, USA, and an Advanced-Level Trainer certified by Lions International. His lifelong dedication to human development and ethical leadership continues to inspire positive transformation in people and organizations alike.
